1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website levellume.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The website is operated by ICI2030 BV, a company registered in Belgium, trading as Level Lume. For questions, contact us at hello@levellume.com.

2. Products & pricing

All prices on levellume.com are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Some products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items are clearly indicated on the product page along with estimated delivery timelines.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen displays.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email once your payment has been successfully processed. The contract between you and Level Lume is formed at the moment of order confirmation.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region.
• For pre-orders, payment is collected at the time of ordering.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if there is a pricing error.

4. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to Belgium only. We plan to expand to other EU countries in the future — check back or sign up for updates.

• Standard orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Pre-orders have an estimated lead time of 8–10 weeks. We will keep you informed of your order status by email.
• Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Level Lume is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian consumer protection law (Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Notify us by email at hello@levellume.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your intention to return the product.
• Return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your notification.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

All Level Lume products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under Belgian law (Articles 1649bis–1649octies of the Belgian Civil Code). This means that if your product has a defect that existed at the time of delivery and manifests within two years, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

• To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@levellume.com with a description of the defect and your order number.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• For defective products within the warranty period, we cover return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of liability

Level Lume provides its products and website on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

8. Intellectual property

Level Lume is a trademark of ICI2030 BV. All content on this website — including text, images, design, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Level Lume and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes online.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For existing orders, the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.
